This appears to be the same situation as the McDonald's VIP Card. The store managers will receive a limited supply at some stage throughout the year. Be a frequent buyer or trade in your old card to get a new one while stocks last. If it's the same as McDonald's then the time of year would be December-March.

1 replyAdded about 3 years agoI think it's fine that they rotate whether Hot & Spicy chicken is available, but surely they can afford to have the supercharged sauce all year round? I like a bit of sauce with my chips and although the potato and gravy is good, sometimes the supercharged sauce is a welcome addition.
